1. 30-Day Return Period
UrbanThread81 offers free returns for eligible items requested within 30 days of delivery.
The return period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. Your return request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.
Approved eligible returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must generally be:
- Unworn, except for reasonable fitting
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage
- Returned with original tags attached when provided
- Returned with included accessories and packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Customers may try on clothing to check the fit. However, items showing signs of extended wear, washing, misuse, alteration, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Sale-priced products remain eligible for return unless a different condition was clearly disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
3. Starting a Return
To request a return, email:

- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, our customer support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Do not send an item back before receiving authorization. Depending on the product and customer location, an authorized return facility may be different from our business contact address.
4. Free Return Shipping
UrbanThread81 provides free standard return shipping for approved eligible returns requested within the 30-day return period.
Depending on your location, we may provide:
- A prepaid return label
- A printable return document
- A designated local return option
- Reimbursement instructions for an approved standard return method
Customers must use the return method provided by our support team.
Unauthorized express shipping, premium courier services, additional insurance, or other optional return expenses may not be reimbursed.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size or color
- An item is missing from the package
- The product materially differs from your confirmed order
Please provide clear photographs of:
- The product
- The damaged or incorrect area
- The packaging
- The shipping label
After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution, including:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund accepted by the customer
- Another reasonable solution
Approved return expenses for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be covered by UrbanThread81.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for another size, color, or product, depending on inventory.
To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm whether the requested replacement is available.
When a direct exchange cannot be completed, you may return the original product for a refund and place a separate order for the preferred item.
Replacement products may sell out before the original return is completed. We cannot guarantee inventory unless expressly confirmed.
7. Order Cancellations and Changes
We begin processing orders as soon as possible.
Contact us immediately if you need to:
- Cancel an order
- Change a size or color
- Correct a shipping address
- Remove an item
- Update customer information
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery under this policy.
8. Refund Processing
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the result.
When approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. The exact posting time depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original standard shipping is free and therefore does not require reimbursement.
Optional expedited, priority, or premium shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.
9. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be considered when:
- An item has signs of use beyond reasonable fitting
- Original tags, accessories, or packaging are missing

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Please contact us if a shipment is:
- Refused by the recipient
- Not collected from the carrier
- Returned because of an incomplete address
- Returned because the carrier could not contact the recipient
We will review the shipment and determine whether reshipment or a refund is appropriate.
Additional expenses caused by an inaccurate address, repeated delivery failure, or unauthorized refusal may be deducted where permitted by law.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared:

- Allow the provider’s normal processing period.
